Recently there has been many people posting topics saying there leaving the website and then coming back and posting that they are here to stay, well it is now against the rules to do so.

thank you for posting this hardcore,i know as a moderator it is annoying to log on to the site to see that someone has posted that they are leaving and then in the next few days they post that they are back.so i support this post.
